Scooby snack includes thief’s penis
A robbery suspect is recovering from being bitten in the butt and crotch by a police dog named Scooby. Doctors had to reattach the partially severed penis of Raphael R. Scott. Officers had ordered him to stop, and when he contined running, police dog Scooby attacked.
Further down the list of things Scott is worried about include charges of robbery, cocaine posession, and burglary.
