Missile-defense sensors used to detect moose in Canada
Sensors pioneered by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory are being used to detect animals on British Columbia’s mountain roads. It is hoped the number of deer, moose, and other wildlife that are killed by cars can be reduced.
