The 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals has declared the Texas ban on sex toys unconstitutional. The court declared the law violated the 14th Amendment’s right to privacy. The court cited 2003’s Supreme Court case Lawrence and Garner v. Texas which struck down a ban on same-sex banging.
