Judge rules women can run naked
A judge has ruled University of Maine undergrads Debra Ballou and Kathryn Mann are not guilty of indecent conduct relating to their nude jogging last November. The reason the judge stated was that state law prohibits exposed genitals in public and women’s genitals are internal for the most part.
