Clowns forced to stop throwing buckets of water because of drought restrictions
A water utility has informed Zippo’s circus that they face heavy fines if their clowns continue to throw buckets of water on each other during drought restrictions. The clowns are also forbidden from squirting with phony flowers on their lapels.
