Japanese researchers discover new method of manufacturing Tamiflu
Japanese researchers have developed a new way of manufacturing Tamiflu, an anti-flu drug, that eliminates natural ingredients and could result in more stable supplies. Tamiflu is considered one of the perferred drugs to defend against bird flu (H5N1). Because of expected increased demand, fears of a shortage have become an increased possibility.
