Actress Kim Delaney, who plays detective Kathleen Maguire on the television show Philly, was arrested for drunken driving at her home in Malibu, California, on Saturday.

Another driver saw her driving erratically and called 911. He followed her home and identified her to sheriff’s deputies. Delaney stumbled into her home, setting off own burglar alarm, which caused additional duputies to arrive.

She was released from jail pending a court appearance on March 27th.
