Uganda offers free college tuition to virgins
A Ugandan member of parliament has pledged to reward girls in his district for their chastity by paying their university fees if they are virgins. The offer is only available to residents of his district and only to girls. Uganda has one of the world’s highest rates of AIDS, with 80 percent of families losing at least one member to the disease.
