Tanzania cracks down on inferior toilet paper

The east African nation of Tanzania is warning sellers and makers of substandard toilet paper that they may face legal action. The Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS) claims that poor quality toilet paper threatens to hurt the country’s reputation.
