Woman pays airfare for four invisible mermaids
A woman testified that she paid a local musician to fly four invisible mermaids from London to Harare, Zimbabwe, to help her recover a stolen car and cash. The musician, Edna Chizema, is on trial for theft by false pretenses. The woman also paid for the mermaids to stay in a plush tourist resort during their stay.
