Prosecutors subpoena defendant’s dog
Prosecutors in a Bentonville, Arkansas, murder case sent out subpeonas to everyone who might have had contact with the defendant including his dog. The defendant had written his 5-year-old shih tzu a letter from jail. The defendant’s brother attempted to comply with the order by taking the dog to the courthouses but deputies would not allow a dog in the building.
