Company introduces sauerkraut martini
An Ohio sauerkraut maker has introduced a martini featuring a sauerkraut-filled olive they are callling the “K-Tini.” They recently tested the sauerkraut martinis at a nightclub and parties are planned in Miami and New York. To make a K-Tini, stuff a green olive with sauerkraut, marinate overnight in vermouth, add vodka and shake.
