Girl suspended for Jell-O
A fourth-grader was suspended from school for bringing Jell-O cups to school. The girl was suspended after administrators said the treats she brought for friends resembled alcoholic Jell-O shots. In accordance with school policy, the student must submit to drug tests and undergo assessment and counseling.
