Serial rapist keeps $13.5 million lotto prize
A serial rapist who won $13.5 million in the lottery will keep it all after the British Government failed to change the law on compensating victims. The 52-year-old convicted rapist sparked an uproar in August when he bought a winning ticket while on weekend leave from jail.
