DUI prosecutor charged with DUI
A prosecutor known for being especially tough on drunken driving cases was charged with DUI after police stopped her with three children in her car Wednesday. The woman was found to have nearly three times the legal limit in Florida for drivers. If the prosecutor keeps her job, she will not be allowed to participate in drunken driving prosecutions.
