Suspect may do prison time for burrito theft
An Oklahoma man who was allegedly caught attempting to steal a burrito may face time in prison. When the suspect saw a policeman he threw the burrito at the officer and attempted to flee. After a scuffle the man was subdued. Because the man has been convicted in the past for grand larceny, the theft of the burrito becomes a felony charge.
