Lawmaker wants to legalize drunk bicycling
A New Hampshire legislator says he will file a bill to prohibit police from filing charges against people riding bicycles while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The state chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving is opposed to changing the law.
