Florida woman fired for eating BLT sandwich
An Orlando, Florida, woman was fired from her job for eating a BLT sandwich. Her employer, which has strong Muslim ties, has an unwritten policy against employees bringing pork products to work. The Central Florida telecommunications company had previously warned the employee after she was caught eating pizza with pork on it.
