Man turns to pig farming after losing zoning fight
When neighbors objected to Scott Teston’s request to change his property’s zoning from agriculture to business, he responded by putting 17 pigs in his yard. County officials say he’s doing nothing wrong since the neighborhood is zoned agricultural.
