Nonalcoholic beer recalled for containing alcohol
A Japanese non-alcholic beer-flavored drink has been recalled following the discovery that some products had fermented in their bottles, making them taxable alcoholic drinks. During the production processinsufficient heating led to the drinks fermenting in their bottles after they were packed, raising the alcohol content.
