Good luck candle starts blaze in high-rise apartments
Residents of a North Miami Beach high-rise apartment building were forced to evacuate Wednesday when a candle a resident lit for good luck sparked a blaze which quickly spread to four other apartments. The woman who lit the candle was rescued by firefighters. All the other residents were able to evacuate safely.
