Pair arrested for planting mouse in Cracker Barrel soup
A woman who last month claimed to find a mouse was in her soup at a Cracker Barrel restaurant was arrested along with her son for planting the mouse. Police say 36-year-old woman and her 20-year-old son attempted to extort $500,000 from Cracker Barrel. An investigation had revealed the mouse had died in a trap,had no soup in its lungs, and hadn’t been cooked.
