Commissioner found asleep in car with pants down
A city commissioner in Florida, found asleep at the wheel of his car with his pants down by police, claims he was the victim of a prank. A friend, who allegedly pulled the sleeping man’s pants down, says he never intended the police to find the him before he woke up.
