Vietnamese boy sold as dog meat
Vietnamese drug addicts kidnapped a mute teenager, put him in a sack, and sold him as a stray dog to a restaurant that serves canines. The restaurant owner was surpized to find the boy in the bag and fed him and released him. Police are investigating the case.
