Winnepeg doughnut shops ban minors
Winnepeg has enacted bylaws to try to keep places where children frequent smoke-free. Unfortunately, to get around the law six Coffee Time doughnut shops and several other restaurants and delicatessans have banned patrons under 18. Some of the businesses even laid off employees who were underage.
