Trade school bullies critics, gets rebuffed
Full Sail Real World Education, a trade school in Florida, has been rebuffed in its attempt to challenge the domain name of a critical web site, Full Sail Sucks. The WIPO ruled last month that the domain name was not confusing and site-owner Ryan Spevack could keep it. The school is still persuing lawsuits against Spevack and others they believe are involved in criticising Full Sail.
