Former celebrity Alec Baldwin (Thomas and the Magic Railroad, the Marrying Man) took dog biscuits to Texas governor Rick Perry saying they were for “Tom Delay’s lap dog.” Baldwin is most recently remembered for an appearance on Hollywood Squares.
