Boy pulled to death by heavy school bag
A mother is pleading with officials to raise the height of railings around her building after her son was pulled to his death by a heavy school bag. It is believed the boy, 9-year-old Lee Ka-kit, had propped his bag on the railing when it tipped overpulling him over the railing from the 20th floor.
