Man’s 20 year love affair with horses stopped by prosecutors
An Illinois man was charged Wednesday with sexually abusing a mare and prosecutors in a neighboring county filed new charges of aggravated cruelty to animals against him. Several horse owners in the area believe the man has been sexually abusing their mares for the past 20 years.
