Obscenity case ends in mistrial due to sleepy, inattentive jurors
An obscenity trial in Cincinatti ended in a mistrial after one juror was found napping and another not watching the pornographic video. Two alternate jurors were needed to replace the pair but only one was available, leading the judge to end the trial.
