Wyoming’s ‘Don’t be a Dumass’ campaign receives award
Wyoming DOT’s “Don’t be a Dumass” campaign to encourage the use of seatbelts received an award from an international safety group this week. The campaign features a character named I.M. Dumass who learns through sports like hockey and football that playing without the proper equipment is dangerous.
