Woman arrested for hanging upside down topless off moving train
A Hoquiam, Washington, woman was cited for assault, trespassing and resisting arrest after she was discovered half-naked hanging upside down from the ladder of a moving train. Police suspect alcohol may have played a role in the woman’s actions.
